Deliver on HS2 in full
The Prime Minister, Chancellor, Transport Secretary and other ministers have pledged countless times that both HS2 and NPR would be delivered in full. They are now offering people in our regions watered down, half-baked plans and the bare minimum and are expecting them not to notice.

ensure that under our new Office for Value for Money, that the huge costs associated with HS2 will not be allowed to run out-of-control, as they have done under the Conservatives.
